To troubleshoot video loss, you should check the extension cable (power and video) is securely connected to the camera, the video output from the camera is securely connected to a video input channel on the DVR, and the power from the camera is securely connected to a power supply. If the camera mode does not match your DVR, you can either press the OSD Joystick "DOWN" for 5 seconds or use the OSD Joystick to change the mode of the camera according to your DVR's video mode.
